This is a competition, and as they say, all’s fair in love and war. This kind of environment may lead to ribbing, name-calling, and good old-fashioned smack talk. I know it, and you know it.

But indulge me for a moment while we all acknowledge that oh so fine line between friendly competition and inappropriate behavior. If your banter crosses that line to the threatening, prejudiced, hateful, harassing, or otherwise ugly commentary, it will be removed. And you may be removed along with it. Capish?
